You agree to:

  • Not abuse bot features or commands
  • Not harass other users
  • Create age-appropriate content
  • Not attempt to exploit, hack, or damage the bot
  • Not use the bot for commercial purposes without permission

4. Premium Subscriptions

  • Personal Premium: $2.99/month (per user)
  • Server Pro: $9.99/month (entire server)
  • Subscriptions processed through Discord
  • Refunds handled per Discord's refund policy
  • You may cancel anytime through Discord settings
  • Features and pricing subject to change with notice

5. Smart Content Generation

  • Bot may generate character details, events, and narratives
  • Content provided "as-is" without accuracy guarantees
  • Generated content appropriate for all ages
  • Users responsible for their own roleplay content

7. Service Availability

  • Service provided "as-is" without guarantees
  • No uptime guarantee (target: 99%)
  • Maintenance may cause temporary downtime
  • Features may change or be discontinued

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Bot provided WITHOUT WARRANTIES of any kind
  • Not liable for data loss or service interruption
  • Not liable for user-generated content
  • Not liable for decisions made based on bot data
  • Maximum liability limited to subscription fees paid

9. Intellectual Property

  • Bot code and design owned by Echo Clans
  • User-created characters remain user property
  • You grant us license to store and display your data

10. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Terminate access for terms violations
  • Remove inappropriate content
  • Cancel subscriptions for abuse
  • Discontinue service with notice

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
